My weight today was 288! I KNOW!!! But I am not ashamed I will have to work hard to make this work and I know that I can. I want to blog each day and share what I am feeling and what I eat and drink.
Day 1 - I had a yummy shake -Banana Peanut Butter Shake: 2 Scoops Vi-Shape mix, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 8oz chocolate almond milk ice... blend and enjoy. Yummo! I love peanut butter and I love chocolate and its filling and does not taste chalky.
I had plenty of water so far today and drinking green tea is yummy as well. For my snack I had an apple and carrots. Then a second shake Frappuccino Shake: 2 scoops Vi-Shape Mix, 8-10 oz almond/soy milk, 1 Tablespoon instant coffee, Blend with ice.... my next snack I actually had fiber bar the peanut butter/chocolate one. Its so good and it gives me that fiber that I need.
Dinner will be grilled chicken and a spinach salad. For my next blog I will post pictures and share more of my day. But today is sunday and I am off to spend time with my family.
